Privacy notice
Al Sayar Fleet is a private company fleet-management service for authorized personnel. Accounts are provided through the company; there is no public self-service sign-up. This notice covers the fleet website and companion app.
Information used by the service
- Company account details: your name, email address, account role, password authentication information and sign-in sessions.
- Fleet operations: vehicle and project details, inspection results, fuel and service entries, issues, dates, meter readings, comments, and the photos you attach. Entries can include information identifying the person who recorded or updated them.
- Activity and security records: server-side audit information about account and operational actions, such as the actor, action, record identifier and time.
- Support correspondence: the details you choose to send when asking for help or making a personal-data request.
Why information is used and who can access it
The service uses this information to provide company access, manage fleet work and maintenance, keep operational history, support accountability and security, and respond to requests. Authorized company users can access information according to their assigned permissions.
The backend runs on Netlify. Structured account, fleet and audit information is stored in Postgres, and uploaded photos are stored in Netlify Blobs. These infrastructure services process information to operate the service.
Camera, photo library and location
You can take a photo with the camera or select an image from your photo library or files to attach to a company record. Device permission may be requested when you use these features. Only attach images you intend to share for company work; photos and comments may contain personal information.
The app does not request GPS location access. Project or site locations entered into records are company operational information, not live GPS tracking.
Session storage and preferences
The website uses a sign-in session cookie to maintain authenticated access and local storage to remember the selected language. The companion app uses a session credential for authenticated requests. These functions support access and preferences.
Retention and account deletion
Information is retained as needed for company operations, maintenance history, security and handling requests. There is no single fixed retention period stated here for all record types, and retention is not a promise to keep information forever.
Deleting your account is not the same as deleting every company record. In More → Delete my account, confirm with your current password. Successful deletion removes your account and revokes its sessions. Account-linked author pointers in company records are replaced with a deleted-account label.
Company operational records, photos and audit history are retained for company purposes. Replacing author pointers does not necessarily remove personal information embedded in comments, images or other record content.
Your requests and contact
For questions, access or correction requests, or removal of associated personal information—including information embedded in retained records—contact support@tamam.email. Requests are reviewed case by case with the company. We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant data. Do not email your password.

«السيار لإدارة الأسطول» خدمة خاصة بالشركة ومخصصة للأشخاص المصرح لهم. تُوفَّر الحسابات من خلال الشركة، ولا يتوفر تسجيل حساب عام ذاتي. يشمل هذا الإشعار موقع إدارة الأسطول والتطبيق المصاحب.
المعلومات التي تستخدمها الخدمة
- بيانات حساب الشركة: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ودور الحساب ومعلومات المصادقة بكلمة المرور وجلسات تسجيل الدخول.
- عمليات الأسطول: بيانات المركبات والمشاريع ونتائج الفحص وسجلات الوقود والصيانة والبلاغات والتواريخ وقراءات العدادات والتعليقات والصور التي ترفقها. قد تتضمن السجلات معلومات تحدد الشخص الذي أنشأها أو حدّثها.
- سجلات النشاط والأمان: معلومات تدقيق على الخادم عن إجراءات الحسابات والعمليات، مثل منفذ الإجراء ونوعه ومعرّف السجل ووقته.
- مراسلات الدعم: التفاصيل التي تختار إرسالها عند طلب المساعدة أو تقديم طلب يتعلق ببياناتك الشخصية.
أغراض الاستخدام ومن يمكنه الوصول
تُستخدم المعلومات لتوفير وصول الشركة وإدارة أعمال الأسطول وصيانته وحفظ تاريخه التشغيلي ودعم المساءلة والأمان والرد على الطلبات. يمكن لمستخدمي الشركة المصرح لهم الوصول إلى المعلومات وفق الصلاحيات الممنوحة لهم.
تعمل الخدمات الخلفية على Netlify. تُخزَّن بيانات الحسابات والأسطول والتدقيق المنظمة في Postgres، وتُخزَّن الصور المرفوعة في Netlify Blobs. تعالج هذه الخدمات المعلومات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة.
الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور والموقع
يمكنك التقاط صورة بالكاميرا أو اختيار صورة من مكتبة الصور أو الملفات لإرفاقها بسجل الشركة. قد يُطلب إذن الجهاز عند استخدام هذه الميزات. أرفق فقط الصور التي تقصد مشاركتها لأغراض عمل الشركة؛ فقد تحتوي الصور والتعليقات على معلومات شخصية.
لا يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى موقع الجهاز عبر GPS. مواقع المشاريع أو المواقع التي تُدخل في السجلات هي معلومات تشغيلية للشركة وليست تتبعاً مباشراً عبر نظام تحديد المواقع.
تخزين الجلسات والتفضيلات
يستخدم الموقع ملف تعريف ارتباط لجلسة تسجيل الدخول للحفاظ على الوصول الموثّق، وتخزيناً محلياً لتذكر اللغة المختارة. يستخدم التطبيق المصاحب بيانات اعتماد جلسة للطلبات الموثّقة. تدعم هذه الوظائف الوصول والتفضيلات.
الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات وحذف الحساب
يُحتفظ بالمعلومات حسب الحاجة لعمليات الشركة وتاريخ الصيانة والأمان ومعالجة الطلبات. لا يحدد هذا الإشعار مدة احتفاظ ثابتة وموحدة لجميع أنواع السجلات، ولا يعني الاحتفاظ تعهداً بإبقاء المعلومات إلى الأبد.
حذف حسابك لا يعني حذف جميع سجلات الشركة. من المزيد ← حذف حسابي، أكّد الطلب بكلمة مرورك الحالية. عند نجاح الحذف، يُزال حسابك وتُلغى جلساته. وتُستبدل إشارات مؤلف السجل المرتبطة بالحساب في سجلات الشركة بعبارة تدل على حساب محذوف.
تُحتفظ بسجلات العمليات والصور وسجل التدقيق لأغراض الشركة. لا يؤدي استبدال إشارات المؤلف بالضرورة إلى إزالة المعلومات الشخصية الموجودة داخل التعليقات أو الصور أو محتوى السجلات الأخرى.
طلباتك والتواصل
للاستفسار أو طلب الاطلاع أو التصحيح أو إزالة معلومات شخصية مرتبطة بك، بما فيها المعلومات الموجودة داخل السجلات المحتفظ بها، تواصل عبر support@tamam.email. تُراجع الطلبات مع الشركة كل حالة على حدة. قد نحتاج إلى معلومات للتحقق من هويتك وتحديد البيانات المعنية. لا ترسل كلمة مرورك بالبريد الإلكتروني.
